On the afternoon of February 8, 2006 a polite pedestrian was pulled over on Schlegel St at approximately 3:17. The pedestrian was st oped due to the fact that he was riding some kinda of two wheeled transporter on the side walk. He then dared to ask if he could transport on the the side walk with this crazy transporter - technical he can - then the subject looked at me in puzzlement, and I had to act fast. ID NOW! & Keep your HANDS UP. Think fast, is this YOUR TRANSPORTER. At that moment, I had no idea how to really verify this. It is a transporter, and who keeps track of them. After a 37 minute altercation, I decided to let the pedestrian keep transporting. After all why did I even pull him over. HEY! GET A NEWS SEAT
The transporter was then again seen at approximately 3:17am, close to Dallas Hall, but shortly went out of sight.
